Current official platform details

What SigenStor Brings Together

The useful configuration still depends on the property. These are platform capabilities, not a one-size-fits-all system promise.

5–54 kWh

One modular stack

Official SigenStor configurations use stackable modules of about 5 kWh to 9 kWh each, with one to six modules per controller.

5-in-1

Coordinated energy platform

Battery, power conversion, hybrid inverter, energy management and compatible DC EV charging can work as one platform.

IP66

Designed with layered protection

Sigenergy specifies IP66 enclosure protection and a five-layer battery safety approach for SigenStor.

mySigen

System monitoring

The compatible app can show solar production, battery status, household consumption and system activity.

System design first

Three Checks Before We Choose The Stack

We size SigenStor from the household, not from a fixed package or generic capacity target.

Your actual energy use

Bills and interval data help us understand evening consumption, solar export and the capacity that may be useful.

Existing solar compatibility

We check the inverter, solar array, switchboard and proposed architecture before recommending a retrofit or new hybrid system.

Backup and EV plans

Essential circuits, electrical supply and future EV charging all shape the controller, battery and switchboard design.

EV-Ready, When The Site Supports It

Compatible Sigenergy DC charging can be designed with the home energy system. Vehicle-to-home or vehicle-to-grid functions depend on the vehicle, standards and current manufacturer support, so we confirm the practical scope before quoting.

Monitoring Without Guesswork

The mySigen app can show compatible solar, household, battery and grid activity. Ausave commissions the system and explains the monitoring view at handover.

Helpful answers

Sigenergy Questions, Answered Clearly

What is the Sigenergy SigenStor system?

SigenStor is a modular home energy platform that can combine battery storage, a hybrid inverter, energy management and optional EV charging in one coordinated system.

What SigenStor battery capacities are available?

Sigenergy lists battery modules of about 5 kWh to 9 kWh each, with one to six modules per controller and up to about 54 kWh in a single stack. Ausave sizes the configuration from your energy use, solar and backup priorities.

Can SigenStor capacity be expanded later?

The platform is modular and compatible expansion may be possible. The original module type, system age, controller, installation limits and current manufacturer requirements must be checked before adding capacity.

Can Sigenergy integrate EV charging?

A compatible Sigenergy DC EV charging option can be included in a solar, battery and EV design. Vehicle-to-home or vehicle-to-grid functions depend on the vehicle, applicable standards and available manufacturer support.

Who installs and warrants an Ausave SigenStor system?

Ausave's licensed in-house SAA-accredited electrical crews complete the installation and commissioning. Product warranties follow the manufacturer's current terms, and Ausave provides a lifetime workmanship warranty on its installation work.
